The Collective – Membership Terms & Policies

Membership Commitment

The Collective membership is a one-year commitment beginning on the date of enrollment. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Requests for early cancellation may be considered only under specific circumstances and are granted solely at the discretion of Sun & Sea Collective.

Market Participation & No-Shows

Once a member has confirmed participation in a Sun & Sea Collective market — either through application or written confirmation — that space is considered reserved.

  • No-shows will not receive a refund, credit, or replacement market.

  • Once the market application has closed, confirmed vendors may not drop their participation date.

Included Markets

Each Collective membership includes two (2) Sun & Sea Collective markets per membership year:

  • one large-scale market (more than 30 vendors)

  • one small-scale market (less than 30 vendors)

Included booth space is currently valued at $140 per event.
If a table setup is better suited to your business, the included market may be exchanged for a table-based space when available.

Included markets:

  • must be used within the membership year

  • are non-transferable

  • do not roll over to future years

Additional Market Discounts

Members receive discounted vendor pricing for additional Sun & Sea Collective markets beyond their two included events.

  • The discounted rate applies only to the member’s registered business

  • Discounted pricing is limited to a maximum of three additional markets per membership year

  • Discounts may not be shared, transferred, or combined with other promotions

Placement & Deadlines

Members receive priority access and placement when available. To receive priority benefits, members must apply for or confirm participation by the stated application deadline or notify Sun & Sea Collective prior to the deadline.

Late confirmations are subject to remaining availability.

Changes & Event Modifications

Sun & Sea Collective reserves the right to modify event details, venue layouts, dates, or programming as needed. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative solutions when possible.

Final Authority

Sun & Sea Collective reserves the right to interpret and enforce these policies in a manner consistent with the values and standards of the community. All decisions regarding membership and event participation are final.
