The Collective is a year-long membership for a small, curated group of brands who want more than one-off pop-up markets. Membership includes priority access to pop-up markets, guaranteed event participation, community connection, and business education — all within an intentionally limited experience. With only 20 memberships available for 2026, The Collective is designed to stay intimate, elevated, and impactful. *Founding Members lock in this rate for the lifetime of their membership.

The Collective is designed for vendors who want a more consistent, connected experience with Sun & Sea Collective. While individual market sign-ups will still be available, members receive priority access, discounted pricing, two included market per year, and access to community events and business education. It’s about building long-term relationships and growing together.

Membership is limited to 20 vendors for 2026. This intentional cap ensures priority placement remains meaningful and allows us to deliver a high-quality experience for every member.

Each member receives two included Sun & Sea Collective pop-up markets per year:
One large-scale market
One small-scale market
These events will be selected based on availability and scheduling and must be used within the membership year.

Members receive priority placement when available, including early space selection and preferred locations. Specific placement (such as end caps or premium spots) is subject to venue layout and availability.
To receive priority benefits, members must apply for or confirm participation in a market by the stated application deadline. Members who miss the deadline or do not notify us prior to the deadline may be placed based on remaining availability.

Members receive a 25% discount off the promoted vendor fee for all additional Sun & Sea Collective pop-up markets beyond their included event.

Shop The Collective is an upcoming online feature designed to spotlight our member brands beyond in-person events.
In 2026:
Shop The Collective will live on the Sun & Sea Collective Squarespace website as a curated vendor directory. Each member will have a featured brand listing with photos, a short description, and direct links to their personal e-commerce site.In 2027:
We plan to expand to a Shopify-powered, shippable collective shop, allowing customers to purchase directly through Sun & Sea Collective.
Founding Members will receive priority placement and features as this platform grows.

Yes. While many members may be returning vendors, we welcome new brands that align with the Sun & Sea Collective values and are a good fit for the community.

The Collective is best suited for small product-based brands and select service-based businesses that align with the Sun & Sea aesthetic, values, and customer experience. We prioritize originality, quality, and brands that value community over competition.

Networking events are optional but highly encouraged. Included market spots must be used within the membership year and are non-transferable. Unused benefits do not roll over to the following year.

Memberships are a minimum one-year commitment. After the first year, monthly memberships may be canceled with advance notice. Annual memberships are non-refundable.
